What is the whole point in friends?
Do we drop them when they let us down?
Kick them to the curb when it's the last straw?
I don't like pondering these things unless it comes up. Or like tonight when my services were deactivated like corporate layoffs. To be treaded like a last minute villain questioned and beaten before tossed into isolation. I pleaded my case but the executioner would have none of it. Forgiveness seemed not an option.
Alas, to say I didn't try,
She made her choice, I shall respect
May I only be the one to have such treatment.
